	General Overview Sundance at Lambertson Lakes Association is located in Thornton, Colorado at 98th Avenue and Washington Street. The Association consists of 50 Condominiums and was established in 2004. The Association maintains the common areas and monitors and enforces the covenants.
	Pool What better way to enjoy summer than at the Association’s pool? Open during the summer season, the pool is a wonderful place for water aerobics, swimming or enjoying a book by the water. Hours: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM Access: Access is permitted to all owners. A key can be acquired by contacting our community manager. ***Note – Access may be prevented or rescinded if homeowner accounts become delinquent or non-complaint.
	Playground A playground is located at the center of the Community. It's a great place to have some fun when weather permits!
	Exercise Room When weather isn’t cooperating or if staying inside is more your style, Sundance at Lambertson Lakes Condominium’s exercise room is a wonderful place to get in a workout.
